CTMP is a plan to build the largest clean power and water platform on Earth, without debt, without middlemen, and without asking anyone to simply take its word for anything. This page explains it so anyone can understand. No engineering degree required.
One project that makes everything it needs.
Big projects usually fail the same way. The builder buys everything: the machines from one company, the steel from another, the money from a bank. Every seller adds a price markup and a waiting line. The delays and markups pile up, and the project lands years late and billions over budget. Nine out of ten do, according to the largest academic database of megaprojects ever assembled.
CTMP starts from the opposite idea. Build the project that makes its own parts. Its own tunnel machines. Its own turbines. Its own steel and concrete. Its own electricity to power all of it. When nothing important is bought from outside, there is nobody outside to wait for, and no markup to pay. That is the whole trick, and everything else on this page follows from it.

Every number below comes from a published document you can read. Each card tells you honestly whether it is a design value on paper or something already done.
The power plant
One module produces about as much electricity as 250 large power stations, from falling water, with no fuel and no smoke, running more than 93 percent of the time.

The electricity is sold at a posted, fixed price of two and a half cents. No operator can raise it. Your total bill for verified products is capped at five cents, all-in.

The platform borrows nothing. For big builds, paying the lenders usually costs about as much as the build itself. Here that entire bill simply does not exist.

Every year, two billion cubic meters of fresh water are given to the host nation. Not sold. Given. The platform is designed to offset the wider water-system cost by refining valuable minerals from the concentrated brine.

Each time a country reaches first place on The Wall, a dated dispatch is published to mark the moment: what the board showed, and what it meant. The archive keeps them in the one order that cannot be argued with: chronological. The order in which nations took first place is the order in which the dispatches were published, so reading the archive from top to bottom replays the entire race.
One honest note: this page never names the current leader. Leadership can change any hour, so it lives in exactly one place, the live board.
